I work with adults who are struggling to alter habits and appetites that are problematic for their own and other's lives.

I work individually using the Person Centred Approach to understand and change the place that those appetites and habits have in your life. I will work with you to make the changes you would like, based on your perspective, goals and your current understanding.

Charges:

For the first meeting where we see if we can work together  - No charge

Subsequent sessions - £45.00 per hour

Sessions booked that are cancelled at less than 48hrs notice will be charged at £25.00 per hour, any cancellation on the actual day is charged at £45.00.

I have also developed a structured programme for change called Re-Vision

This is a series of one to one sessions for adults whose alcohol and/or drug use is causing difficulties in their everyday life, work and relationships.

The aim of this intensive 12-week programme is to adjust the pattern, and reduce the frequency, of your alcohol and/or drug use.

Together we will use a personalised approach to create interventions that support you in reaching your specific goals.

Evidence-based techniques enable you to effectively change the behaviours and curb the habits that are negatively affecting your life.

Counselling, problem solving and coaching models are combined to provide personalised interventions that support the changes required to reach your desired goals.

There are 2 distinct phases - KickStart and Sustain

The sessions will be supported by a personalised RE-VISION manual.

KickStart - total commitment 11.5 hours + Homework over 5 weeks costing £470.00

​

Sustain - total commitment 7.5 hours + Homework over 7 weeks costing £300.00

Please note that Sustain can be repeated if required.
